#3 - TURKEY

Hello, Aloha, Hola, Hallo, Bonjour, Jambo, Guten tag, etc.

Yes it has been a loooong time since I have posted. I lost motivation, but I am now motivated again!! (i am also procrastinating)

FOR ANIMAL #3 LET'S TRAVEL TO........... TURKEY!!!

Now i know nothing about Turkey. I don't know what kind of animals they have there. I just searched it up, however.... and it turns out their national animal is the gray wolf.... which i have already talked about :(

Sooooooooooooo I guess I will talk about turkeys then. GOBBLE GOBBLE!!!

I eat turkeys. Turkey is yummy :D They're like giant chickens, except chicken is usually juicer.
Turkeys are associated with the thanksgiving holiday, where I am from. My family always, always has turkey for thanksgiving, and then we have lots of left over, so we have turkey sandwiches, turkey soup, etc for the next few weeks. We also often have turkey for Christmas and sometimes Easter.
yum yum

Quite personally I think it's an ugly bird. Feel free to disagree but that is my opinion. Its feathers look pretty cool, but once you get to its head, I feel like it's covered in tumors or something... that sounds mean though. But it's all just bumpy and dangly and warty...

My uncle has a farm where he grows turkeys though. They look different than wild turkeys, but the chicks are so adorable! The older ones however, have quite an attitude. Here is a picture below of these turkeys. I don't know if they are white because they aren't fully grown or if its because they are a different breed? I didn't really feel like searching it up soo see for yourself :

Yeah so i conclude that turkeys look kinda funny, but they taste delicious :)

There is also a country named Turkey... as I mentioned earlier

And then of course (since I am a bowler, I of course have to talk about this), there is the turkey in bowling. When you bowl three strikes in a row, it is called a turkey. Why? I have absolutely no idea!! But it's fun, we make gobble noises when someone in our league bowls one :D And the bowling alley I go to has these animations on the tv screens, with a turkey coming out of a cake, or in a marching band or there's a whole bunch of little animations for it, they're cute to watch.
